Of Lebanese origin, Noor grew up in Abu Dhabi and went on to study Politics and International Relations in the UK, acquiring a Master’s subsequently in Publishing Studies. After a stint in academic publishing, she moved to Dubai to assume the position of Managing Editor at Savoir Flair, the Middle East’s first online fashion magazine, where she oversees a vast editorial team and is responsible for the market-leading publication’s social media strategy. Noor also represents Savoir Flair internationally during Fashion Month. Her expertise and specialities lie among content creation, content management, and content promotion.
