Sacha Plumbridge, Head of Design at GisellaBlu, is a Fashion Designer of 17 years global experience.

This extensive experience has also lead her into the modeling, television and radio industry bringing a broad spectrum of perspective on the fashion and pop culture of “now”. British born, Sacha Plumbridge has arrived in Dubai from Australia. She has worked with recognized international brands and fashion houses to bring a dynamic edge to Dubai fashion as she now heads the unique concept GISELLAblu and Aurora Wild for the Sharaf group. Sacha has also dressed celebrities such as Portia de Rossi and has had international acclaim on the red carpet.

She is a major stakeholder in the emerging designer scene in Dubai and, although barely launched as a label, Sacha Plumbridge’s designs and creative leadership has already been recognized with loud applause at Singapore Audi Fashion Festival. This applause even reached Vogue Italia making mention of Sacha Plumbridge “offering feminine and romantic gowns featuring lace inserts, pastel hues, dainty ruffles and romantic and Paisley prints” for the first collection of GISELLAblu. Sacha Plumbridge is definitely someone to watch.

The range features hand embellished occasion dresses with sequin, stud and Swarovski crystal details, and silk based fabrics such as that utilised in the signature Italian jumpsuit.
