Born in Lebanon and raised between Saudi Arabia & Canada, Rania Masri began her career in Montreal after completing her luxury fashion marketing studies.
 
In 2002, Rania moved to Dubai to work with Azadea group, managing a regional development for one of the Inditex Brands across the Middle East.
Rania went on to join the Chalhoub group in 2006 to head the Ralph Lauren Middle East operation. During her time at Ralph Lauren, she was instrumental in the upgrading strategy of the brand in the region as well as it’s ambitious expansion across 10 countries.
 
Over the past year, and through her new mission with the group heading the company’s own fashion concepts, Rania lead the conception of Level Shoe District, a unique concept store of luxury footwear in Dubai Mall spanning over 9000 sqm and representing 250 international brands under one roof.
 
Rania is an extensive traveler, speaks four languages and is passionate about the fashion retail scene that she has devoted the past 15 years to.
