Initially trained as a graphic designer, Margherita Abi-Hanna attended a one-year master program in accessories design at Domus Academy (Milan). Returning to Beirut in 2010, she launched her own eponymous contemporary jewelry brand.

Margherita’s debut collection was selected for Starch (2010–2011), fashion designer Rabih Kayrouz’s foundation that promotes Lebanese designers. She was a finalist in the ITS 2012 Jewelry competition in collaboration with Swarovski. Margherita’s work has since been featured in many fashion publications including: Elle Oriental, L’Officiel Levant and Deanna Farneti Cera’s book “Fashion Jewellery: Made in Italy”.
